No Bake Chocolate Strawberry Tart Recipe
Being a keen baker and to raise money for a good cause, I decided to do it again and organise this year's coffee morning at work.
With such a great turn out last year, I decided to make something different :)
Now I can't take credit for this easy and wonderful recipe, as it is made by Home Cooking Adventure.
I used the same recipe except I added chocolate curls and toasted hazelnuts :)
300ml of double cream
200g milk chocolate
100g dark chocolate
110g butter (melted)
40 Oreo biscuits (remove the cream)
2 tablespoons of toasted and chopped hazelnuts/pistachios (optional)

How To Make:
To make the base, place the Oreo biscuits and melted butter into a food processor and blitz until it combines.
Put the Oreo base into a 20cm loose base flan tin and press it down with the back of a metal spoon. Freeze whilst making the filling.
Heat the double cream in a saucepan till hot but don't let it boil. Pour it over the broken pieces of milk and dark chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes. Stir to combine the cream and the chocolate.
Pour into the Oreo base and add the strawberries and nuts. Leave to chill for 2 hours and add the chocolate curls before serving.
